Norwegian Encore underwent an extensive two-week dry dock from November 18 through December 2, 2024. The project introduced Spice H2O, an adults-only outdoor lounge replacing the former laser-tag arena, with multiple hot tubs, large day beds surrounded by cooling pools and a new bar. Cagney's Steakhouse and Teppanyaki were expanded, while Ocean Blue was converted to the Mediterranean seafood restaurant Palomar.

The two Haven Premier Owner's Suites were expanded from two to three bedrooms and now include three-and-a-half bathrooms, renovated living rooms and master bedrooms, new outdoor balcony furnishings and separate dining rooms. A portion of the Observation Lounge was converted into 24 new balcony staterooms and two Club Balcony staterooms.
