Norwegian Bliss completed a scheduled dry dock at Damen Shiprepair Brest from January 17 through February 2, 2025. The approximately two-week project combined routine technical work with significant passenger-area refurbishment. NCL added Horizon Park and updated The Haven accommodations, including three-bedroom Premiere Owner's Suites. Twenty-four balcony staterooms and two Club Balcony staterooms were added. Cagney's Steakhouse and Teppanyaki were expanded, while Palomar replaced Ocean Blue.
