Next Scheduled Dry Dock
Fall 2027
Oosterdam is scheduled to become the first ship transformed under Holland America Line's Holland America Evolution program, a fleet investment exceeding $500 million across six Vista- and Signature-class ships. The ship will undergo its refurbishment in Marseille and is scheduled to return to passenger service on October 31, 2027. Holland America moved the project approximately five weeks earlier than its previously published schedule.
The comprehensive project will add 76 accommodations and introduce new or reconfigured categories including Solo Verandah staterooms, Vista Suites, Bridgeview Suites and a reimagined approximately 1,550-square-foot Pinnacle Suite. Existing accommodations and guest spaces will be refreshed, and the Pinnacle-class-inspired Grand Dutch Café will be added.
Ocean Bar will be substantially redesigned with a new stage, relocated bar, refreshed seating and a layout supporting expanded live entertainment. A dedicated Lido Pool bandstand will also be installed. Additional enhancements and final shipyard dates may be announced as the project approaches.
