Norwegian Spirit completed a scheduled dry dock in Singapore during its extended operational pause. Work focused on routine technical and classification maintenance and inspections ahead of the ship’s return to passenger service later in 2022.

Norwegian Spirit completed an extensive approximately $100 million bow-to-stern refurbishment in Marseille, the largest renovation in Norwegian Cruise Line history at the time. All staterooms were modernized, public areas were extensively redesigned, and 14 new venues were introduced, including Onda by Scarpetta, The Local Bar & Grill, Silk Asian Restaurant, Taste, The Great Outdoors Bar and Waves Pool Bar. The project also expanded Mandara Spa, added the adults-only Spice H2O retreat and included extensive technical and maintenance work.
