Norwegian Epic completed a scheduled dry dock and refurbishment at Chantier Naval de Marseille from April 16 through May 8, 2025. In addition to technical maintenance and passenger-area refresh work, the project added a new Deck 18 hot tub, refreshed the Kids' Aqua Park and significantly expanded Vibe Beach Club with an additional hot tub, more lounge chairs and private cabanas. Eight new balcony and oceanview staterooms were also added before the ship returned to service.

Norwegian Epic completed a major three-week dry dock and refurbishment at Damen Shiprepair Brest. The project introduced The Cavern Club, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, SplashGolf and a new library and card room, while extensively renovating restaurants, the Mandara Spa, Bliss Ultra Lounge, pool deck, Epic Theater, casino and The Haven. Technical work included new Becker rudders, more efficient propeller caps, energy-efficient hull coating, and maintenance and upgrades to lifeboat release systems, thrusters, stabilizers, air ducts and refrigeration systems.
