Carnival Sunshine underwent an extended scheduled dry dock at Chantier Naval de Marseille from January 4 through February 11, 2025. The 39-day shipyard period included routine technical maintenance, class work, inspections, general upkeep and passenger-area refurbishment before the ship repositioned to begin year-round service from Norfolk, Virginia.
