The Quantum class cruise ships were built between 2014 and 2015 for Royal Caribbean International and pioneered the North Star observation pod rising 300 feet above sea level. The ships introduced the RipCord by iFLY skydiving simulator, robotic Bionic Bar, and the SeaPlex multi-activity complex.
