Carnival Splendor completed a dry dock in Singapore in August 2024 that combined scheduled shipyard work with substantial passenger-area refreshing. Dining venues, staterooms and amenities were refurbished, and the ship received Carnival's red, white and blue hull livery with a distinctive Southern Cross motif.

The project introduced Mad Sizzle on Deck 9, serving kebabs and satays, while Masala Tiger was relocated to a larger Deck 10 space and expanded to offer an à la carte dinner service in addition to lunch. The refreshed ship subsequently returned to Australia for service from Sydney.
