Although it's still pretty far out, with Dorian's expected storm path it is likely that many cruises out of Central and South Florida next weekend will be impacted.
Typically cruise lines will not make any departure/itinerary change decisions till the storm is physically closer to impacting the port or cruise region since so many factors could change between now and then.

Is the Carnival Magic that left port on 8/25 changing it's itinerary due to Dorian?
No Carnival ships as of noon today have made itinerary changes that we know of. The Disney Fantasy and 3 Royal Caribbean ships (Allure of the Seas, Harmony of the Seas and Symphony of the Seas) have all switched from Eastern Caribbean itineraries to Western Caribbean itineraries over the last 2 days. This trend should continue for the next week.

Why the tracker shows they’re in San Juan
Carnival Miracle appears to have just left Roaton, Honduras along with Carnival Freedom and MSC Armonia.
