Where is Carnival Spirit?

Forgive me, I am new to Cruisin and am after some clarification of the current whereabouts of Carnival Spirit. I have friends on board and they are supposed to be heading towards New Caledonia. However the map on this site has the ship heading to Melbourne..........I am perplexed, can someone help me out

I noticed this as well while tracking Carnival spirit. She may have been redirected to avoid Cyclone Pam that is threatening New Caledonia. I was on a 8 day cruise last week to New Caledonia and the Cruise Director mentioned during a Q&A session that the next cruise was likely to be effected by weather conditions.

the ship has been diverted to Melbourne and Hobart due to Category 5 - Tropical Cyclone Pam hitting the South Pacific.
