trying to have the Viking Ve listed on the tracking list.

I've been trying to get the Viking Ve listed on the tracking list, and this web site won't even allow me to open the "list new Ship" page. Even when it does happen to open the pop up, it won't allow me to enter anything or even come up on the page to enter it. Seems to be a major problem getting something done. What good is the site if it won't allow one to track what one wants to track. The Viking Ve is a new longboat and I happen to have a friend on it and would like to track it. Help.
