What is up with Norwegian Star cruise ship. My niece is on it and it just sits in Tampa Bay. She was suppose to leave Oct 19th. They have changed the itinerary... and suppose to leave at ten at night. Well it still hasn't left. What a way for her to have a cruise. Does any one know anything....
