Can not get cameras on Cunard ships

All three Cunard bridge cams "froze" on Monday 9th May as they were approaching the port of Southampton. One camera failing I can understand, but all three simultaneously? Smacks of non payment of fees to Cruisin.com by the shipping company.

Cameras up and running on 21st May (apart from Queen Elizabeth which is suffering from satellite strength issues). No explanation given by Cunard or Cruisin.com that I have seen.
