Issue With Charleston, South Carolina's - Charleston Harbor Camera Link

I've been following this site for a WEEK and all I get is a blank screen. Is there any chance this Port Cam will be up and running again? I would love to be able to watch The Fantasy pull in and take off. Thanks!
