Issue With Carnival Legend's - Deck (Aft) Camera Link

Why can't the camera lens be cleaned so it's a clear picture? I reported this a long time ago but it seems to not be cleaned yet.

Come on Carnival please clean it so we can actually see the people and the view and not just fuzzy outlines.
