Issue With Carnival Dream's Deck (Aft) Camera / Webcam

Deck cam....bottom 3/4 of picture is black.

It appears to be ok now. Typically when you see just a partial picture (with onboard Ship Cameras) it is related to a satellite signal issue where the data from the ship gets corrupted or lost. It can be caused by ship position, weather, etc.
