Granola used in Parfait

I'm looking for recipe (or company) of granola used in the yogurt parfait. Awesome
Also looking for the homemade Ceasar salad dressing. It was delicious

Sorry I don't have it either. Had it on my last cruise and it was wonderful! Going again (hope hope) September 14th
and it is on my list of good intentions.
