Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. (45ml) Absolut Vodka
- .075 oz. (22ml) St. Germain Elderflower Liquer
- 1.5 oz. (45ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 0.25 oz. (8ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Dashes Bitters
- Basil Leaf Garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Frost the rim of a glass using kosher or sea salt.
- Build the drink over ice in the prepared glass and stir.
- Garnish with a basil leaf. Note: Because the grapefruit juice can vary from sweet to very tart, adjust the sweet/sour with simple syrup or lime juice if needed.
