Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz. blend of agave / honey / simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon agave (dash of honey, 2 parts simple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon yuzu juice
- Black Hawaiian Sea Salt (optional rim garnish)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Add black Hawaiian sea salt to rim of glass (optional).
- Strain into Nick and Nora glass.
