Many Carnival ships have been anchored in the Bahamas for months. Most Carnival ships are just anchored (typically near their homeports) with partial crews onboard just waiting out the pandemic.
The Carnival Panorama is currently off the South entrance to the Panama Canal. They met up with the Carnival Miracle there, possibly to transfer goods but that is unknown.
