We will be driving to the Pier from So Calif and using the ACE Parking Garage close to the Pier. We need to drop off luggage first, and then go to the garage. I have heard that you are not allowed to stop in front of the pier due to traffic lanes. Does anybody know how the dropoff situation works at the new Pier 27????
