P&O's Britannia bridge webcam

Can P&O please explain why Britannia's bridge webcam is invariably showing the "satellite strength" excuse for the lack of a picture on line. I have four members of my family on board at the moment and am unable to see what they are seeing because the camera is not working for 95% of the time. It is as if someone on the bridge is trying to save electricity by turning it off! Other cruise ships in the vicinity of Britannia have working cameras, so it is not in a "blind spot". Come on P&O be brave and post an answer...

Suddenly the camera has burst into life after (at least) six days of "weak satellite strength". This just HAS to be somebody throwing a switch. P&O have been totally silent on the issue. What are they hiding?
