Issue With Carnival Paradise's - Deck (Aft) Camera Link

My tablet will no longer show fore or aft camera views on Carnival Paradise. I really enjoyed them for the last few years. I hope they're still active and I can see them again.

did they ever fix? I just tried to check and picture is black on both. leaves port tomorrow. trying to follow and no one from cruisn seems to wanna help
