• Travel Documents: U.S. citizens sailing on a closed-loop cruise departing from and returning to the same U.S. port may generally travel with an original or certified birth certificate and a government-issued photo ID. A valid passport book is still strongly recommended in case an emergency requires you to return home by air from a foreign country.
• International Itineraries: Cruises beginning or ending in different countries, along with many international itineraries, require a valid passport book. Some destinations also require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
• Non-U.S. Citizens: Passport, visa, and residency document requirements vary depending on your citizenship, residency status, itinerary, and ports of call. Review the latest requirements well before your sailing date.
• Name Matching: The name on your reservation must exactly match your government-issued identification. If your name has changed because of marriage, divorce, or another legal reason, carry the appropriate supporting documentation during your trip.
• Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly for international cruises. Third-party policies often provide broader medical, cancellation, baggage, trip interruption, and emergency transportation coverage than plans purchased directly through the cruise line.
• Research Your Ship: Celebrity ships emphasize modern design, open public spaces, destination-focused experiences, and premium dining. Reviewing your ship's deck plans before sailing will help you quickly locate restaurants, lounges, theaters, pools, and your stateroom once onboard.
• Pre-Cruise Savings: Beverage packages, Wi-Fi, specialty dining, shore excursions, spa treatments, and other onboard experiences are often available before sailing. Booking in advance typically provides the best pricing and greatest availability.
• Luggage Tags: Print your Celebrity Cruises luggage tags before leaving home and attach them securely after arriving at the cruise terminal to help prevent damage during your travels.
• Carry-On Essentials: Pack medications, passports, valuables, electronics, swimwear, and a change of clothes in your carry-on luggage. Checked bags may not arrive at your stateroom until later in the afternoon.

Captain's Club Updated

• Celebrity's Loyalty Program: Captain's Club rewards repeat Celebrity guests with benefits that increase as Club Points accumulate. Enrollment begins at Preview status before a guest has earned cruise points.
• Membership Tiers: Classic begins at 2 Club Points, Select at 150, Elite at 300, Elite Plus at 750, and Zenith at 3,000 Club Points.
• Points by Stateroom: Club Points are earned per night and vary by accommodation. Current ocean-cruise earning ranges from 2 points per night in Inside and Ocean View staterooms to 24 points per night in Iconic Suites, with Veranda, Concierge, AquaClass, and suite categories earning progressively more.
• Tier Benefits: Benefits expand from member offers and category upgrades to laundry, Wi-Fi, spa and dining discounts, member events, priority services, and premium Zenith benefits. Exact benefits vary by tier and sailing.
• Milestone Benefits: For sailings beginning June 11, 2026, Celebrity added milestone rewards at 1,500, 2,250, 3,000, 6,000 and 9,000 Club Points. Depending on the milestone, benefits can include additional Premium Wi-Fi minutes, larger specialty-dining discounts, digital photos, Extend Your Stay, specialty meals, champagne, and an in-room recognition amenity.
• Royal Caribbean Group Status Match: Captain's Club participates in Royal Caribbean Group's loyalty status matching with Royal Caribbean's Crown & Anchor Society and Silversea's Venetian Society. Status matching grants the corresponding tier, not the other program's underlying points or nights, so some earned-status benefits remain excluded.

Celebrity Cruises App

• Your Cruise Companion: The Celebrity Cruises App is the primary tool for managing your cruise before and during your vacation. Download it before sailing and sign in with your Celebrity account to access your voyage information.
• Before You Sail: Use the app or Celebrity website to complete online check-in, receive your digital SetSail Pass, manage reservations, purchase beverage packages, reserve specialty dining, book shore excursions, and prepare for embarkation.
• Once Onboard: The app displays your daily schedule, deck plans, restaurant reservations, entertainment, onboard account, port information, and other voyage details throughout your cruise.
• Daily Planning: Celebrity offers enrichment programs, live entertainment, destination presentations, culinary events, and numerous daily activities. Reviewing the app each morning helps you plan your day around the experiences that interest you most.

Tipping / Gratuities Updated

• Daily Gratuities: Celebrity's current daily gratuity is $19.50 per guest, per day for Inside, Ocean View, and Veranda staterooms; $20.50 for Concierge Class and AquaClass; and $24.50 for guests sailing in The Retreat.
• How They're Charged: Guests who do not prepay have gratuities automatically posted to their SeaPass account each day. The pooled gratuities support dining, bar, culinary, stateroom, hotel-services, and other crew members who contribute to the guest experience.
• Adjustments: Celebrity permits guests to discuss or modify daily gratuities at Guest Relations before the morning of disembarkation. Changes cannot be made after the sailing ends.
• 20% Gratuity: Celebrity automatically adds 20% to pre-cruise and onboard purchases of beverages and beverage packages, specialty dining and dining packages, spa and salon services, room service, and minibar purchases.
• Exceptional Service: Additional gratuities for exceptional personal service remain discretionary.

Embarking

• Online Check-In: Complete online check-in through the Celebrity Cruises App or website before arriving at the terminal. During check-in you'll upload travel documents, receive your SetSail Pass, and select your arrival time where applicable.
• Arrival Time: Plan to arrive during your assigned arrival window for the smoothest boarding experience. Guests staying in The Retreat often enjoy priority embarkation where available.
• Carry-On Beverages: Guests of legal drinking age may bring up to two unopened 750ml bottles of wine or champagne per stateroom in their carry-on luggage on embarkation day. A corkage fee may apply if consumed in public dining venues unless otherwise covered by your beverage package. Beer and hard liquor are generally not permitted.
• Carry-On Essentials: Keep medications, travel documents, valuables, electronics, swimwear, and a change of clothes with you. Checked luggage may not arrive at your stateroom until later in the afternoon.
• Embarkation Day Lunch: The Oceanview Café is often the busiest dining venue immediately after boarding. Many ships also offer complimentary lunch in the Main Dining Room, providing a quieter way to begin your vacation.
• Explore The Ship: Take time to familiarize yourself with restaurants, lounges, pools, the theater, Rooftop Garden or Magic Carpet on applicable ships, and your stateroom before sailaway.
• Airplane Mode: Switch your phone to Airplane Mode before sailing and connect only to the ship's Wi-Fi if you've purchased internet access to avoid expensive international roaming charges.
• All-Aboard Time: Celebrity Cruises strictly enforces all-aboard times at every port. Plan to return at least 30 to 60 minutes before the published departure time.

Wi-Fi / Internet Access

• Starlink: Celebrity's ocean fleet uses Starlink satellite connectivity. Performance can still vary with the ship's location, weather, network demand, and satellite coverage.
• Basic Wi-Fi: Basic Wi-Fi is designed for everyday browsing, email, messaging, and social media. It is also the internet tier bundled with Celebrity's current All Included rate.
• Premium Wi-Fi: Premium Wi-Fi supports higher-bandwidth uses including video chat, larger email attachments, web browsing, and social media and is Celebrity's primary upgraded internet option.
• All Included: Eligible All Included bookings bundle unlimited Basic Wi-Fi with the Classic Beverage Package. All Included must be selected as the booking rate and cannot simply be added later as an onboard package.
• Multiple Devices: Wi-Fi products vary by the number of devices allowed, so compare the device count as well as the service tier when purchasing.
• Perfect Day at CocoCay: Celebrity internet packages extend to Perfect Day at CocoCay, allowing connected guests to use their package while ashore.
• Airplane Mode: Keep cellular devices in Airplane Mode while at sea and enable Wi-Fi separately to avoid maritime cellular roaming charges.

Cabin

• Stateroom Amenities: Celebrity staterooms include premium bedding, a private bathroom, individually controlled climate settings, television, mini refrigerator, hair dryer, in-room safe, closet space, and multiple power and USB outlets. Amenities vary by ship and cabin category.
• Stateroom Attendant: Your stateroom attendant services your cabin each day and can assist with additional towels, pillows, blankets, ice, and other reasonable requests throughout your cruise.
• Room Service: Continental breakfast is complimentary, while many additional room service menu items are available throughout the day for a modest delivery fee. Guests staying in The Retreat enjoy expanded complimentary room service.
• Storage Space: Store suitcases under the bed after unpacking to maximize available cabin space. Celebrity staterooms generally provide generous closet, drawer, and shelf storage.
• Balcony Cabins: Keep the balcony door completely closed whenever the air conditioning is operating. Opening the balcony door disables the air conditioning system on many Celebrity ships until the door is fully closed.
• Concierge Class: Concierge Class adds upgraded stateroom amenities and service benefits beyond a standard Veranda category. Compare the current benefits and fare difference for your sailing rather than assuming it includes AquaClass or Retreat privileges.
• AquaClass: AquaClass is Celebrity's wellness-focused stateroom experience and includes exclusive dining at Blu, a Spa Concierge, complimentary fitness benefits, and unlimited access to the SEA Thermal Suite on Edge Series or Persian Garden on Millennium and Solstice Series ships.
• The Retreat: The Retreat is Celebrity's suite experience, combining suite accommodations with Luminae, The Retreat Lounge or Michael's Club, priority services, and a Retreat Sundeck on applicable ships. Higher suite categories receive additional benefits, so inclusions are not identical across every Retreat suite.

On Deck

• Resort Deck: Celebrity's Resort Deck combines pools, hot tubs, comfortable loungers, and attentive poolside service in a relaxed atmosphere designed for adults and families alike.
• Magic Carpet: Available exclusively aboard Edge Series ships, the Magic Carpet is a multi-purpose cantilevered platform that moves between decks and transforms into an extension of restaurants, lounges, and embarkation areas.
• Rooftop Garden: Edge Series ships feature the Rooftop Garden, an open-air venue offering comfortable seating, live music, movies, and beautiful ocean views throughout the day and evening.
• The Lawn Club: Solstice Series ships feature the Lawn Club, a half-acre of real grass where guests can relax, enjoy lawn games, or simply unwind outdoors.
• Chair Etiquette: Celebrity asks guests not to reserve loungers for extended periods without using them. During busy times, unattended belongings may be removed to make seating available for other guests.
• Relaxed Atmosphere: Celebrity emphasizes sophisticated public spaces, attentive service, and premium amenities over amusement-style attractions, creating a refined onboard environment that appeals to couples and guests seeking a quieter cruise experience.

Dining

• Main Dining: Celebrity offers flexible dining options featuring multi-course menus that rotate throughout the voyage. On Edge Series ships, guests may dine in one of four complimentary main restaurants, each offering its own atmosphere while sharing a common menu with exclusive signature selections.
• Sea Day Breakfast & Lunch: On most sea days, the Main Dining Room remains open for breakfast and lunch, providing a quieter alternative to the Oceanview Café buffet with full table service.
• Specialty Dining: Depending on your ship, specialty restaurants may include Fine Cut Steakhouse, Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, Le Petit Chef, Raw on 5, Eden Restaurant, Sushi on Five, and several additional premium venues available for an extra charge.
• Luminae: Guests staying in The Retreat enjoy exclusive access to Luminae, a private restaurant featuring menus created exclusively for suite guests.
• Dietary Requests: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-sugar, kosher, and many other dietary needs can usually be accommodated. Notify Celebrity before sailing whenever possible and remind your dining team once onboard.
• Blu: Blu is the exclusive restaurant for AquaClass guests and focuses on lighter, wellness-oriented cuisine. Eligible Retreat guests may also have access subject to current policies and availability.
• Edge Series Main Dining: Edge Series ships use four complimentary main restaurants—Cyprus, Cosmopolitan, Normandie, and Tuscan—rather than one traditional main dining room. Each combines a shared menu with venue-specific selections.
• Reservations: Specialty restaurants and preferred dining times often fill before sailing. Booking early through the Celebrity Cruises App or Cruise Planner provides the greatest choice of dining times.

Food & Beverage

• Included Dining: Complimentary dining varies by ship and may include the Main Dining Rooms, Oceanview Café, Spa Café, Mast Grill, and other ship-specific casual venues.
• Complimentary Beverages: Basic coffee, hot tea, iced tea, lemonade, fountain water, and select breakfast juices are available without a beverage package at participating complimentary venues.
• Café al Bacio: Celebrity's signature café serves premium coffees, espresso drinks, teas, pastries, and specialty beverages. The pastries are generally complimentary even when the specialty beverage itself carries a charge.
• Package Rules: Drink packages are for individual use and cannot be shared. Celebrity generally requires guests of legal drinking age sharing a stateroom to purchase the same alcoholic package, with current exceptions handled through corresponding Zero Proof coverage where applicable.
• No Daily Drink Limit: Celebrity currently does not impose a fixed daily number of drinks on its beverage packages, but guests may order only one included drink at a time.
• Galápagos: Standard Celebrity beverage packages are not sold on Galápagos cruises, which use a different fare and inclusion structure.

All Included

• Bundled Booking Rate: Celebrity's All Included rate bundles the Classic Beverage Package and unlimited Basic Wi-Fi into the cruise fare on eligible bookings.
• Select at Booking: All Included is a fare choice made when booking and cannot simply be added to a confirmed reservation afterward as a standalone package.
• Eligible Categories: Celebrity currently offers All Included on select Inside, Ocean View, Veranda, Concierge Class, and AquaClass bookings, with all guests in the same stateroom required to choose the same rate.

Classic Beverage Package

• Current U.S. Drink Limit: Classic covers qualifying beer, spirits, cocktails, liqueurs, frozen drinks, and wine by the glass priced up to $12 per serving on applicable U.S.-priced sailings.
• Above the Limit: When a drink costs more than the Classic limit, you pay the difference between the menu price and package limit plus the applicable gratuity rather than the full drink price.
• Wine Bottles: Classic currently includes a 15% discount on eligible bottles of wine.
• CocoCay: At Perfect Day at CocoCay, Celebrity Classic and Premium guests receive comparable Royal Caribbean beverage-package coverage for qualifying island beverages.

Premium Beverage Package

• Current U.S. Drink Limit: Premium expands coverage to qualifying beverages priced up to $19 per serving on applicable U.S.-priced sailings, including a broader range of premium spirits, cocktails, wines, craft beer, specialty coffee and tea, Coca-Cola products, and premium bottled water.
• Above the Limit: Drinks exceeding the Premium per-serving limit are charged only the difference plus applicable gratuity.
• Wine Bottles: Premium currently provides a 20% discount on eligible bottles of wine.
• Regional Pricing: Package drink-value limits can differ for sailings priced from certain countries, including the United Kingdom and Australia, so use the terms attached to your booking.

Zero Proof Package

• Alcohol-Free Selection: Zero Proof includes premium bottled water, specialty coffees and organic teas, energy drinks, smoothies, zero-proof cocktails, Coca-Cola selections, Vitaminwater, bottled iced teas, and other eligible non-alcoholic beverages.
• Package Exceptions: Zero Proof is also used under current package rules for certain guests who cannot purchase the same alcoholic package as their stateroom companion, including underage guests and qualifying medical or pregnancy exceptions.
• Perfect Day at CocoCay: Celebrity's non-alcoholic package receives comparable Royal Caribbean Refreshment Package coverage at CocoCay.

Private Destinations

Celebrity guests on selected itineraries can visit Royal Caribbean Group private-destination experiences, including Perfect Day at CocoCay as a cruise port and Royal Beach Club Paradise Island as an optional paid shore experience in Nassau.

Perfect Day at CocoCay

• Complimentary Admission: Perfect Day at CocoCay is a private-island port call with complimentary general admission. Free areas include beaches, Oasis Lagoon, Splashaway Bay, sports areas, and complimentary dining venues.
• Paid Areas: Thrill Waterpark, Coco Beach Club, and adults-only Hideaway Beach require separate admission. Cabanas, selected activities, excursions, and other premium experiences are also additional purchases.
• Beverage Packages: Celebrity beverage packages extend to CocoCay. Classic and Premium guests receive comparable Royal Caribbean Deluxe Package coverage for qualifying island beverages, while Zero Proof guests receive comparable Refreshment Package coverage.
• Wi-Fi: Celebrity Wi-Fi packages extend to Perfect Day at CocoCay.
• Towels & Accessibility: Towel exchange locations, complimentary trams, and beach-access wheelchairs are available on the island.

Royal Beach Club Paradise Island New

• Opened December 2025: Royal Beach Club Paradise Island is a Royal Caribbean Group beach-club experience in Nassau available to Celebrity guests as a bookable shore excursion.
• Day Pass Required: Unlike CocoCay, admission is not included simply because your ship calls at Nassau. A Royal Beach Club day pass is required and capacity is limited.
• What's Included: Applicable day passes include roundtrip ferry transportation from Nassau Cruise Port, beaches, pools, loungers, umbrellas, towels, lockers, Wi-Fi, and dining, with beverage inclusions depending on the purchased pass.
• Facilities: The club features two beaches, three temperature-controlled pools, swim-up and beach bars, dining, and separately priced cabana options.
• Book Early: Passes, cabanas, day beds, and other premium options are capacity controlled, so reserve through the Celebrity app or Cruise Planner when this experience is important to your Nassau visit.

Ports / Shore Excursions

• Celebrity Shore Excursions: Booking directly through Celebrity provides additional peace of mind because the cruise line coordinates your return if a Celebrity-sponsored excursion is delayed through no fault of your own.
• Independent Tours: Independent operators often provide smaller group sizes and unique local experiences. Research operators carefully and always allow sufficient time to return before the published all-aboard time.
• Ship Time vs. Local Time: Some destinations observe a different time zone than the ship. Always verify whether Celebrity is using ship time or local time before exploring independently.
• Return Early: Plan to return to the ship at least 30 to 60 minutes before the published all-aboard time. Ships cannot delay departure for late-arriving guests.
• Destination Focus: Celebrity is known for destination-rich itineraries throughout Alaska, Europe, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, the Galápagos, Australia, and Asia, with an emphasis on immersive port experiences.

Onboard Entertainment

• The Theatre: Celebrity's main theaters present production shows, vocalists, comedians, guest entertainers, and other performances, with programming varying by ship and itinerary.
• Live Music: Bars, lounges, atriums, outdoor venues, and entertainment spaces host live bands, solo musicians, DJs, parties, and other performances throughout the cruise.
• Edge Series: Edge Series ships add entertainment spaces such as Eden, The Club, Rooftop Garden, and technologically advanced theater productions, creating programming that differs substantially from Millennium and Solstice Series ships.
• Activities & Enrichment: Celebrity schedules game shows, trivia, Beyond the Podium enrichment, destination presentations, culinary events, dance activities, and other daytime and evening programming.
• Included vs. Paid: Most theater shows, live music, parties, and standard activities are complimentary. Casino gaming, bingo, Deal or No Deal, and selected experiences carry additional charges.
• Check the App: Use the Celebrity Cruises App for your sailing's actual schedule because venues, performers, show times, and reservation requirements vary by ship.

Casino

• Casino: Celebrity Casinos feature slot machines, blackjack, roulette, craps, poker tournaments, and other popular table games. Gaming is generally available only while the ship is sailing in international waters.
• Casino Rewards: Guests earn casino rewards while playing, with qualifying players receiving promotional offers, future cruise discounts, complimentary cruises, and other casino benefits through Blue Chip Club.
• Smoke-Free Areas: Many Celebrity ships provide designated non-smoking casino areas, although availability varies by ship.
• Cash & Charges: Casino transactions may be completed using cash or eligible onboard account charges. Additional fees may apply to certain account advances.

Wellness & Fitness

• The Spa: Celebrity's Spa offers massages, facials, body treatments, salon services, destination-inspired treatments, and additional beauty and wellness services. Spa services are generally for guests age 18+, with a limited teen treatment menu available under current supervision and consent rules.
• SEA Thermal Suite: Edge Series ships feature the adults-only SEA Thermal Suite with multiple thermal and relaxation environments. AquaClass guests receive unlimited access; other guests can purchase access subject to availability.
• Persian Garden: Millennium and Solstice Series ships use the Persian Garden thermal experience rather than the Edge Series SEA Thermal Suite. AquaClass guests receive included access.
• Fitness Center: Celebrity fitness centers provide cardio and strength equipment with ocean views. Guests must currently be at least 16 to use the Fitness Center, while selected classes, personal training, and specialty programs may cost extra.
• AquaClass: AquaClass combines wellness-oriented stateroom amenities with Blu dining, thermal-suite access, a Spa Concierge, fitness benefits, and other wellness-focused inclusions.
• Book Early: Sea-day spa appointments and thermal passes can be popular, so reserve early when a particular treatment or time is important.

Families & Kids

• Camp at Sea: Celebrity's complimentary Camp at Sea program serves children ages 3–12 on its ocean ships, with activities changing by sailing based on the interests of participating children.
• Shipmates: Ages 3–5 participate as Shipmates. Children must be fully toilet trained to use the drop-off youth program.
• Cadets: Ages 6–9 participate as Cadets with activities that can include nautical learning, science, games, sports, movies, and creative programming.
• Captains: Ages 10–12 participate as Captains and receive greater independence, with scavenger hunts, STEM activities, sports, gaming, and other programming.
• Teen Club: Ages 13–17 have separate teen programming with social events, sports, silent discos, gaming, and other age-focused activities. Celebrity Solstice currently offers teen programming without a dedicated Teen Club facility.
• Late Night: Complimentary Camp at Sea sessions operate daily, while a paid Late-Night Service is available from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. under current program rules.
• Under Age 3: Celebrity does not currently provide a nursery, babysitting, or drop-off child care for children under age 3.
• Fleet Exceptions: Camp at Sea and Teen programming are offered on Celebrity's ocean ships; Celebrity Flora and the Celebrity River fleet do not provide the standard dedicated youth and teen programs.

Complimentary Extras

• Live Entertainment: Celebrity features production shows, live music, guest performers, comedy, enrichment lectures, and themed activities throughout every voyage at no additional charge.
• Rooftop Garden: Edge Series ships feature the Rooftop Garden, an outdoor venue offering comfortable seating, live music, movies, and beautiful ocean views throughout the day and evening.
• The Lawn Club: Solstice Series ships feature the Lawn Club, a half-acre of real grass where guests can relax, enjoy lawn games, or simply unwind outdoors.
• Fitness Center: Modern fitness centers are available aboard every Celebrity ship with cardio equipment, free weights, and strength machines. Select fitness classes may be available for an additional charge.
• Destination Enrichment: Celebrity offers destination lectures, port presentations, culinary demonstrations, art experiences, and other enrichment programs that enhance your understanding of the places you'll visit.
• Camp at Sea: Standard Camp at Sea and Teen Club programming is complimentary during regular sessions on Celebrity's ocean ships; paid extended and late-night sessions are separate.
• Solarium: Celebrity's adults-focused Solarium provides a quieter indoor pool and relaxation area on applicable ships, generally for guests age 16 and older, with limited family hours possible on some cooler-region itineraries.
• Oceanview Café: Beyond serving meals, the Oceanview Café offers complimentary snacks, desserts, beverages, and lighter fare throughout much of the day, making it a convenient option between scheduled meal times.

Disembarking

• Express Departure: Guests carrying all of their own luggage may choose Express Departure, allowing them to leave the ship as soon as local authorities clear the vessel.
• Standard Departure: Guests placing luggage outside their stateroom the night before departure receive luggage tags with an assigned departure group. Wait comfortably in the designated public area until your group is called.
• Final Morning: Staterooms are generally vacated early on disembarkation morning. Breakfast is available before leaving the ship, and public lounges remain open while departure groups are called.
• Customs & Immigration: Many U.S. cruise terminals now use facial recognition technology to speed arrival for eligible travelers. Guests traveling with passports often experience the quickest processing.
• Porters: Porters are available inside most cruise terminals to assist with luggage. A gratuity of approximately $1-2 per bag is customary for this service.
• Ground Transportation: Whether using Celebrity transfers, ride-share services, taxis, rental cars, or personal vehicles, review your transportation plans before leaving the terminal to help ensure a smooth trip home.
• Before You Leave: Before leaving your stateroom, check the safe, closets, drawers, charging outlets, and under the bed one final time. Taking a few extra moments can help prevent accidentally leaving behind passports, medications, electronics, or other valuables.
