Ingredients:
- 3 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ oz Egg White
- 1 oz Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 4-6 Drops Old Fashion Bitters
- Cinnamon Sticks, Pineapple Triangles & Cinnamon Powder for Garnish
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and shake very well without ice (dry shake).
- Then add ice and shake well again.
- Strain over ice into two rock glasses and garnish with the cinnamon stick, pineapple triangle and cinnamon powder on top.
