1.5 oz Russian Standard Vodka
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.75 oz Lime Juice

Rice-Lychee Foam
Liquid Nitogen

Instructions:

Put all of ingredients (except the liquid nitrogen) into a shaker, add ice, and shake.
Strain the mixture into a martini glass.
Top with liquid nitrogen.
