  • 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 2-3 tsp Lime Juice
  • 8 oz Ginger Beer

Instructions:

  • Shake rum and lime juice with ice.
  • Pour into copper mug and top with approximately 8 oz of ginger beer.
  • Optionally, garnish with pineapple slice and or cherries.
