- 1 1/2oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Light Rum
- 3/4oz Rioja Red Wine
- 3/4oz Vanilla/Thyme Syrup
- 1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2oz Martini Prosecco D.O.C.
Instructions:
- Shake first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice filled glass.
- Top with Prosecco and gently stir.
