Webcam for Port of Victoria, British Columbia is showing "Video unavailable" does this mean it's not working anymore?
I am trying to view Discovery Princess cruise ship in Port now.

The camera is currently down and we are not sure if it will return. The camera was located on Swans Hotel in Downtown Victoria BC.
