Found Sydney, Auckland and Plymouth harbour cams on YouTube. Sydney cam is live without the outages and the Auckland cam is hanging every now for 1-2s but at night is working fine.

*Maybe not that interesting but another cam shows Bay of Naples Marine Traffic including Porto Turistico di Capri:
