Refund required NOT credit

I am due to board a Norwegian Cruise on 1st May from Orlando to Seattle followed by a few days in Seattle for a special family reunion. However because of the ongoing Corona Virus situation my flights with British Airways have been cancelled. How do I go about getting a full refund because I do not want to receive a credit for a future cruise.
