Is there a live Cam for Carnival Elation? How about Progresso or Cozumel?

Carnival Elation does not have any cameras at this time, although Carnival has intentions to add them fleetwide. They seem to be doing this when the ship goes through it's next dry dock. The Carnival Elation is scheduled for a dry dock next year.
There are no webcams in the Progreso / Merida areas of Mexico that we know of.
We currently have two webcams for Cozumel they are both still cameras that refresh every 30secs (not live streaming). The Cozumel webcams can be found on the Cruise Port Cameras page under Caribbean - Western:
