is this webcam abroad the ship is this webcam move or what. the port webcam is a blank screen

Yes, the shipboard webcam is on the bridge but is stationary and does not move. It is not a live video feed, just a still photo that usually updates automatically a few times an hour. Hope that helps. Steve
