Issue With Norwegian Breakaway's - Bridge (Forward) Camera Link

This can happen when the cruise line's image server can not keep up with the bandwidth due to increased traffic, which does happen occasionally when the Breakaway leaves and comes into the city. This is an issue with Norwegian server and out of our control. Typically on the next image update the full image is available. Keep in mind even though Cruising Earth attempts an image refresh every 30 seconds, Norwegian only updates their image once every minute, so the image will need to refresh twice before the image is updated for any Norwegian ship.
