The "Freestyle Daily" is where you'll get your specific ship daily itinerary. The "Glow Show" will be one night, that night will likely not be set in stone until your cruise departs. There is no way to find out the exact specific onboard itinerary for each day of your cruise because it won't exist until the night before. You can look up past Freestyle Dailies posted online and that will give you a good clue on what to expect.
Cruise lines and specific ships themselves don't change 90 of their onboard activities very often. For example 90% of what was happening onboard 6 months ago is likely the same now, 80% of what was happening onboard one year ago is likely the same now. Those percentages are just estimates but it gives you an idea of how often things change and how much and older Freestyle Daily will compare to what you will get once onboard.
