Ingredients:
- 4 Chilean sea bass fillets (6 oz each)
- ¼ cup white miso paste
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- Whisk together miso, mirin, sake, soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil.
- Marinate the sea bass fillets in the mixture for 10–15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Sear the fish 4–5 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with steamed rice and sautéed vegetables.
