Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin on
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

    1. Pat salmon dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
    2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook 5–6 minutes until skin is crispy.
    3. Flip and cook 3–4 more minutes. Remove and set aside.
    4. In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
    5. Add broth, cream, lemon zest and juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
    6. Stir in fresh dill. Return salmon to pan to warm through.
    7. Serve with sauce spooned over top and lemon slices.
