Norwegian Cruise Line's Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin on
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Pat salmon dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook 5–6 minutes until skin is crispy.
- Flip and cook 3–4 more minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add broth, cream, lemon zest and juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in fresh dill. Return salmon to pan to warm through.
- Serve with sauce spooned over top and lemon slices.
