Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. rum
  • Club soda that almost fills the glass
  • At least 10 to 15 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1/2 of a fresh lime

Instructions:

    1. Muddle the mint leaves and the lime together.
    2. Add the simple syrup and ice.
    3. Add the club soda and rum, and stir well.
    4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
