Stability in rough weather

Cruise liners are such beautiful things to admire.

When on holiday in Antigua my pre - breakfast task is to watch the liners coming into St. Johns.
My wife would love to go on a cruise, but sadly I note that all ships, large or small tend, at some time to go up and down and side to side. I know that by tradition we are a seafaring nation, but sadly that gene did not get passed onto me !
