I have a question me and my husband will be doing our first cruise on May 8th aboard the Liberty, my husband is a big drinker but I'm not and that is because I am on several pain medications due to a fused spine and I CANNOT drink alcoholic beverages at all unless I want to risk death with that being said will they allow him to purchase the cheers program for himself ONLY and the Bubbles (soda) for myself, I don't want to ruin his fun.

It's all or nothing. Everyone in the cabin gets one or no one--and you have to purchase it for all days of the cruise.

when I called they said if I had proof of a medical condition that states I cant not drink due to health reasons from a dr then I don't need to purchase cheers but my husband could

Glad to hear it. That's the way it should be, but it is a departure from what some others have experienced and been told in the past. Please report back after your cruise on how it all goes, thanks.
