In Carnivalâ€™s inaugural how-to video that debuted last week, Food Network personality Guy Fieri showed viewers how to make a tasty Texas-style burger from Guyâ€™s Burger Joint restaurants which are featured on several ships.
In the second installation in the series, Carnivalâ€™s Director of Product Development Greg Poplewko lets viewers in on the secret to making the famous pulled pork sandwich at Fat Jimmyâ€™s BBQ, a complimentary open-air dining venue.
Assisted by Chef Agnelo D Souza, Poplewko demonstrates step-by-step instructions for re-creating the tasty sandwich, from seasoning and slow-cooking the pork shoulder to preparing the bread and toppings, and plating the dish. Poplewko reminds viewers to bring plenty of napkins because â€œyouâ€™re going to need them.â€
Future how-to videos will show viewers how to re-create the specialty cocktails at the pharmacy-themed Alchemy Bar, as well as tasty Mexican fare at BlueIguana Cantina and, of course, the lineâ€™s legendary towel animals.
